Meet Dr. Acosta-Lake

Dr. Cecilia Acosta Lake was born and raised in Ecuador where she received her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry and earned her Doctor's Degree in Dental Medicine from Universidad Central Del Ecuador in Quito, Ecuador.

Later on she moved to the United States to be with her family, she attended New York University -College of Dentistry, where she received her degree as Doctor of Dental Surgery. After graduation, she joined The Institute for Family Health and became director of the dental department.

In 2007, she opened her own practice.

Dr. Acosta Lake dedicates many hours each year to continuing education and enjoys staying current on the latest developments in dental research. She received a certificate of achievement from the NYU Implant Program for completing their Surgical and Prosthetic Dental Implant Training. She is also a certified Invisalign provider. Dr. Acosta Lake is an active member of the Spear Center of Advanced Dental Education and various other study clubs.
